I had a great weekend break at Ilunion. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the City of Arts and Sciences, which was perfect for me as I was in town for the marathon. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep with no street noise. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

Its location is very good. Being on top of a shopping mall is great since anything you need you can get it just by going down a few stairs. A lot of variety of commercial premises. And a stone's throw from the City of the Arts makes it very attractive if that's one of your plans when visiting Valencia. The staff in general very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Quite a few problems with access card readers. Continuous failures.. The breakfast schedule ends a little early considering that some of us on vacation want to get some more sleep. Some people at the reception must be a little more informed about the means of transport they suggest to the traveller. In my case suggesting going to the Albufera area by bus when it is an area to go by car and see the whole coast has not been the best suggestion because we have not enjoyed this visit as it should... Maybe as a suggestion you should give a little more tourist information to the reception staff.

The employees at the reception desk are exceptional and lovely. The hotel is conveniently located in Valencia, right by main attractions for children and a shopping center.
